Emco Wheaton, in collaboration with Hi-G-Tek of Maryland USA has reached agreement to supply a range of wireless RFID sealed delivery solutions for liquid petroleum and fuel oil road tankers.
Emco Wheaton has been manufacturing products for the safe handling of hazardous fluids for over 100 years, and continues this tradition, by manufacturing tank truck equipment at its facility in Margate, England. The equipment complies will all relevant international safety standards and industry practice codes, including API, ADR and CEN.

Utilizing proven RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology, Emco Wheaton has launched a wireless Sealed Cargo System (SCS) providing a unique and accurate way to monitor individual compartment valves and manhole covers, resulting in real time tracking from terminal to delivery point.
