Emco Wheaton has launched the new Emco Wheaton Data Plus Electronic Pump Metering System (EPMS).
The system, which replaces the industry leading Drumflow™ system, utilizes sophisticated electronic control technology together with proven engineered components creating an integrated pump metering solution delivering intuitive user friendly operation.
Data Plus EPMS, which has NWML approval, comprises liter counter, gas separator, meter chamber and pump pre-assembled for simple installation.

- Intuitive Operation
Large display with text prompts to guide the operator through the metering process
- Multi-Fuel Calibration
Can be calibrated from the keyboard to meter up to five fuels with different viscosities
- Simple Installation
The new gas separator is integral to the manifold reducing both weight and installation time

The system is modular in design allowing for future upgrades
What makes Data Plus special?
The Emco Wheaton Data Plus EPMS is a breakthrough system, automatically transferring delivery information; date, time, product, quantity etc, directly back to the fuel oil distributor (remote server) via GPRS in real time. Once received, this information can be used to: -
- validate that the correct delivery has been made
- generate a customer invoice
- suit the clients reporting requirements
A hand held Remote Control Unit is also provided as an option and has digital volume display, stop/start control, adjustable dead-man stop and many other essential features.
The Emco Wheaton Data Plus EPMS can be supplied as an option on new systems or retro-fitted to existing Drumflow™ equipped vehicles.
