Marine Loading & Unloading

We design, manufacture and install a wide range of Marine Loading Arms to load and unload almost any liquid and compressed gas product from river barges, ships and ocean going super tankers. Pantograph balanced mechanical link technology provides the stability and strength for this most demanding task.

  • Marine Loading Arm - B0300

    Custom made for loading and unloading of cryogenic materials with temperatures to minus 163°C, the B0300 Marine Loader offers the possibility of piggable product lines as well as the implementation of special materials for the lines.
  • DCMT3

    For the grounding of tanks such as tank vehicles, barrels and railway tank wagons, our DCMT3 is used in applications where grounding must take place to prevent dangerous sparks between the rig and the tank.
  • Heating Systems

    To keep loaded fluids in a liquid state, it is often necessary to heat the piping. Depending on the heating temperature, options include; electric heating, trace heating or covered heating.
  • Quick Release System - Hydraulic

    Our Hydraulic Quick Release System E0790 is used for the automatic separation of a connected loading arm from a tank vehicle in the event of an accidental drive-away whilst still connected. In this event, there is minimal loss of pressure in the rest of the connected supply.

  • Marine Loading Arm - B0028

    With our B0028 Marine Loading Arm we offer a cost efficient solution for the loading and unloading of riverboats. The B0028 is also employable for smaller coastal ships at locations with moderate tidal ranges.
  • Quick Release System - Mechanical

    Mechanical Quick Release System E0790 provides for the automatic separation of connected loading arms from tank vehicles in the event of an accidental drive-away whilst simultaneously shutting off the product flow both upstream and downstream of the disconnection point.
  • Quick Release System - Pneumatic

    Designed for use at single loading arm stations and bottom loading stations, our Pneumatic Quick Release System E0790 automatically separates connected loading arms from tank vehicles in the event of an accidental drive-away while still connected.
  • Position Monitoring System (PMS)

    Our Position Monitoring System (PMS) is used to display the position of the marine loading arm within its defined operating envelope. The display uses a standard industry PC and is a live feed of the actual position of the marine loading arm.
  • PTFE Swivel Joint - D2000

    For use with highly aggressive materials, the D2000 - PTFE Swivel Joint is internally coated with PTFE and has a special PTFE seal.
  • Single Track Swivel Joint - D0002

    The D0002 Swivel Joint forms the basis for swivel joints with one ball track. It has a minimal structural length, minimal external diameter and minimal weight. The internal flange makes it possible to change the seal without removing the swivel joint from the pipeline.

  • Marine Loading Arm - B0030

  • Swivel Joint - D1133

    The D1133 swivel joint is a variant of the basic D0002. It is the ideal swivel joint for nearly all applications in the chemical industry. It has a minimal structural length, minimal external diameter and minimal weight. The internal flange makes it possible to change the seal without removing the swivel joint from the pipeline.
  • Twin Track Swivel Joint - D1010

    The D1010 is the standard swivel joint with two ball tracks. It is usually used where large size swivel joints have to take heavy loads (typically for Emco Wheaton Marine Loading Arms). Both ball tracks of the carbon steel version are hardened and polished. This gives the swivel joint a high degree of load capacity and long service life, even under extreme loads.
