Bottom loading of road tankers is a means of loading products from
ground level eliminating the need for expensive loading gantries. It is far
safer and faster than conventional top loading methods still being used and when
installed correctly, zero vapor emission can be achieved.

Our latest generation DataPlus Electronic Pump Metering System (EPMS)
combines sophisticated electronic control technology and proven engineered
components to deliver an integrated pump and metering system that is clear and
easy to use. DataPlus retains all of the good operator-friendly features of the
Drumflow system whilst offering automatic transfer of delivery information,
enhanced reporting, multi-fuel calibration and several upgradeable
features.

Our manifold assemblies are supplied in fully assembled form for easy installation, allowing any compartment to be pumped or metered for bulk or hose reel delivery in a clean, safe and simple manner. Each assembly comprises, for each compartment; our API adaptor and pneumatic manifold valve, a lightweight manifold, fabricated from extruded aluminum, and a guard bar that is interlocked to the vehicle brake system.

Utilizing proven RFID (Radio Frequency
Identification) technology, our wireless Sealed Cargo System (SCS) provides a
unique and accurate way to monitor individual compartment valves and manhole
covers, resulting in real time tracking from terminal to delivery
point.

Our hard wired, ATEX certified electronic Sealed Delivery System provides electronic load sealing integrity. It also makes available the means to reduce vapor loss and eliminate tank top dipping. SDS utilizes electronic sensing technology to continually monitor the status of the valves and manlids from loading to unloading to create an integrated, on-board electronic sealing solution.

Although Bottom Loading Vapor Recovery of fuel tankers following the API 1004 recommended practice is now widely accepted globally, there are occasions where the process of top loading road tankers is still applicable. We provide a range of products specifically suited for Top Loading applications.
