Following a review of the legal structure of the Gardner Denver Inc. companies within the UK, the Emco Wheaton business, previously trading as a separate legal entity in its own right, now trades as a division of Gardner Denver Ltd with effect from 31st December 2009.
This change should cause very little disruption to business processes. For example:
- Your current contacts at Emco Wheaton remain unchanged.
- Your orders will be fulfilled/processed as before.
- Invoices and statements will continue to be sent from/to the Accounts Receivable/Payable departments at Channel Road, Westwood Industrial Estate, Margate, CT9 4JR
Payments and Bank Details
You should continue to pay by your usual method of payment (cheque or electronic bank transfer) quoting the same details.
We will continue to pay using our normal method of payment from the same bank account.
However, if there are any subsequent changes to these you will be advised accordingly.
VAT and UTR numbers
The VAT and UTR numbers remain unchanged as Emco Wheaton UK Ltd and Gardner Denver Ltd were previously part of the same VAT group.
