The J0452 range of API couplers is the most advanced coupler range available in the global market today. Our newly launched J0452 has been engineered as a direct replacement to the K2/K2P to be the SNAP ON / SNAP OFF coupler of choice.

The J0452 is maintenance friendly, providing in-situ nose seal replacement, has the lowest leakage on disconnect in its class and includes a bevelled lip and ergonomic design for ease of operation.

The J0452 includes and optional integrated pump with filter element and has a wide range of spare kits available.

A-Frame Bottom Loader - E2313
The E2313 "A" Frame Bottom Loader offers the advantage of easy handling, long reach and quality Emco Wheaton technology. It features a spring balance system with a flexible hose for the secondary arm length. The standard unit is constructed of carbon steel and aluminum. Counterweight Bottom Hose Loader - E2573
The E2573 Counterweight Bottom Hose Loader, with a horizontal reach of 114", is designed for multiple connections where crossovers are required. Optional horizontal reach and hose length configurations are available. The E2573 conforms to the API RP-1004 recommended bottom loading envelope. Available in carbon steel with stainless steal braided hose.
DCMT3

MYR Link Arm - E2123
The E2123 MYR Link Arm features our patented MYR linkage and is the only "A" frame type designed to be virtually weightless at the outboard end. This ensures effortless handling when making bottom loading connections. The E2123 can be built for reaches in excess of 12 feet and still park in the near vertical position. Bottom Spring Loader - E2304
The E2304 Bottom Spring Loader is best suited for an existing terminal that is being converted from top loading to bottom loading, where space is limited. Like other Emco Wheaton hose loaders, the E2304 is designed for multiple connections where crossovers are required. Standard reach is 60 inches. The standard unit is constructed of carbon steel and aluminum. This arm is also available in all carbon steel and all stainless steel construction.
Bottom Transfer Loader - E2033
The E2033 Bottom Transfer Loader is designed for heavy duty use and high flow rates, typically at large terminals. This style loader is designed for loading or unloading. This design is recommended when cross over is not required and when loading arm height is restricted. The standard reach of a bottom transfer loader is 12-13 feet. The standard unit is constructed of carbon steel and aluminum. This arm is also available in all carbon steel and all stainless steel construction.
Vapor Coupler - J0550
The J0550 self sealing Vapor Coupler is specifically designed to allow high transfer rates of vapor to flow freely from the tank truck back to the loading rack. The J0550 has the lowest pressure drop in its class.
World Bottom Hose Loader - WE2852
Our WE2852 World Bottom Hose Loader is designed for the bottom loading and unloading of road or rail tankers with all types of fuel.
