Our hard wired, ATEX certified, electronic Sealed Delivery System (SDS) provides electronic load sealing integrity. It also makes available the means to reduce vapor loss and eliminate tank top dipping. SDS utilizes electronic sensing technology together with proven engineered components to create an integrated, on-board electronic sealing solution. The SDS API Adapter working in union with the pneumatic Emergency Valve, Manifold Valves and optionally with Manhole Cover sensors provides an electronic seal for individual tanker compartments, recording any movement and wet/dry status between loading and discharge. A combination of wet leg (liquid presence) and valve sensing are digitally processed and recorded to provide a complete Sealed Delivery System with clear individual tanker compartment status.

- Data can either be printed in a sorted or unsorted manner and if a printer is not required the PDC can have a data download port incorporated.
- Onboard system
- The entire system is ‘stand-alone’ and self powered requiring no external devices to operate it.
- Operating Temperature
- Increased security, safety and payload
- Sealed manhole covers may be used and tank top walkway, handrail and ladder removed.
