Fuel Line Coupler | J0451

The J0451 fuel line coupler is designed for hassle-free use, with operators manually latching to the adaptor to begin loading or unloading. Its ergonomic design allows for in-situ nose seal replacement and includes a bevelled lip for improved load distribution.

With a weight of just 9.8kg (21.61 lbs), operators can continue using the J0451 throughout the day without fatigue setting in. Quality components, such as a forged aluminium lever with roller bearings and superior seals and gaskets, also guarantee safe, leak-free operation even when handling the most aggressive fuel grades. These design features are simple but explain why the J0451 has remained consistently popular with some of the sector’s biggest names for over three decades.

Like other couplers in EMCO Wheaton’s range, the J0451 meets recognised international standards and industry codes of practice.

The J0451 has a weight of 9.8kg (21.61 lbs) and a maximum working pressure of 10 bar (150 psi). It connects to a 4” tank truck flange and is shipped with either HP Viton, Buna or low-temperature Viton seals.

This product is commonly used to transfer a wide range of different fuel products, including petrol, diesel and kerosene held on tank trucks. However, the J0451 can also handle other mediums, such as crude oil, biofuels, alcohol and solvents.
