Our Spot Loading System is an automatic loading system with manhole detection.
It comes with our carbon steel swivel joint which has a hardened ball race way to provide a long service life.
The position of the manhole is detected by a CCD-Camera and an ultra sonar sensor and its coordinates are stored in the CPU (Central Processing Unit). From this information the drop tube will automatically drive to the manhole.
The system can run hydraulically or electrically. The correct connection will be supervised by a Connection Detection System which is works with a proximity switch.
The filling process will be released from the customer's control room. Overfill of the tank is prevented by an Overfill Safety Device. The CPU includes a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system.
