Our API adapters are designed to make transfer simple, safe and effective. Made of a lightweight one-piece aluminium body and hard anodized nose ring, the design has set the standard adapter for many major oil companies across the world. Straightforward construction and quality components allow operators to use this product for many years, only requiring minimal maintenance to keep it working optimally.

The entire range also features a flat bottom to guarantee complete product drainage and no contamination. Like other EMCO Wheaton fuel transfer products, our API adapters also prioritise high flow rates without a significant drop in pressure. This allows operators to process vehicles more efficiently.

The F5000 Series API Adapters are engineered for safe and efficient fuel transfer operations on road tankers worldwide. Designed in accordance with API RP1004 standards, they provide full compatibility with industry-standard API couplers while delivering reliable performance in demanding loading and unloading environments.

The lightweight die-cast aluminium body combines strength with reduced weight, while stainless steel internal components and Viton seals ensure long-term durability and compatibility with high-octane fuels and fuel additives. A hydrodynamic internal design minimizes pressure loss and supports high product flow rates, helping operators improve loading efficiency.

For enhanced operational flexibility, the range is available with or without a sight glass and includes provisions for top mounting of the F0567 air interlock. A flat-bottom body design ensures complete product drainage, helping to prevent cross-contamination and maximize product recovery.
